Executive
Day to day management matters are the responsibility of the Executive Officers, including the President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and the Hoe Tonga Representative at NKOA. (Descriptions for the respective roles can be accessed by following the links.)

Hoe Tonga Committee
Hoe Tonga is governed (and decisions are made) by a Committee consisting of the Executive Officers and Association Officers (representatives of the region’s clubs). A role description for club representatives can be found here.
In addition to these roles, some committee members may take on certain portfolio responsibilities or regional convenor roles. This can include areas such as high performance and coaching.

Strategic Plan
Hoe Tonga’s strategic plan sets out the key direction for the organisation, its vision, mission, values and key strategic initiatives to further develop Waka Ama in the region. Hoe Tonga is currently working on operationalising its plan for 2009-2014. Please click here for a copy.
