EVENTS
General information
The following events and races are normally held annually within the region:
- W1 Harbour Series (~10km, every three weeks), between May and September each year
- Welly Paddlers Series (~ 8km, every three weeks), between September and April each year (formerly known as Wellington Surfski and Waka Ama Series)
- OC6 Sprints, November and December each year
- OC1 Sprints, November or December each year
- Secondary Schools Sprints, March each year
- Evan’s Bay Race, April/March each year
Additional races may be run from time to time. Please check this website for exact dates and details two months prior to approximate time of the event. If you would like to promote your race, please contact the Hoe Tonga secretary.
